Founded in 1997, Propeller’s initial focus was to provide web design and development services to small to mid-sized companies. We quickly developed a reputation for our clean user-friendly aesthetic and personalized customer service. We manage to escape the dot-bomb era unscathed and continued to grow at a steady clip.
In 2004, I joined forces with Russ Scully and his company Scully Interactive. Russ himself is a true renaissance man where skills as both artist and programmer combine with uncanny skill at breaking down the complex and making it all make sense for both the client and the staff. In Russ, I saw a partner who could guide the technical side of the company and compliment my strengths in design and strategy. In merging the two companies we instantly outpaced many competitors with our combination of capacity, depth, and experience.
Since that time, we’ve continued to deliver websites that feature creative web design and are very usable on the front-side. On the back-side, we’ve continued to evolve our own content management system (CMS) and have continued to grow our inventory of modules that integrate with it. In addition, our team of web programmers have successfully delivered a number of custom application and system integration projects. Its this depth on the development side that so often serves as a key strength.
Internet/Online Marketing has become a big part of every project now. While we always focused on best practices for SEO, the explosion of channels, tools and methods available for marketing online today open a valuable new suite of services for our customers.
